Uh….I suck at art.

Except picmonkey. Well, I have photoshop but I’m lazy and PicMonkey gives me the ability to be lazy and still make fun memes because dude a picture and a one liner never goes out of style.

Today I created:

coffee-chick

Because I gotta tell you I was tired this morning. Bone-weary tired. But then I got it together and started my morning and had a shower and had buckets of coffee and uploaded chicken videos to YouTube and they will be on the ChickenCam page in about ten minutes and I felt like this:

flowing-hair-horse-mane-coffee-shower

Isn’t it fun to create simple art that communicates easily to others exactly how you are feeling?

It’s not going to end up in the Met but whatever, I was never going to end up in the Met for anything so it’s not like I’m missing out on my dreams.

    • It’s crazy easy. You slap some text on there, give it a frame so it looks classy, and you’re done. The overlays tab is where you find the banners. Banners are great if you can’t see the text on the image and need a quick background. Labels are also great for that if you have a square area you can put one in. For old-school memes the font is Impact, but depending on your blog style there are a bunch of fonts to choose from. I’m sure you’ll find one you like. ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. I used to love picmonkey but I can’t use it on my phone so I Gimp instead because I’m too cheap for Photoshop. I love your memes.

    • I’m sorry for the delay, you should totally be on auto-approve. WP doesn’t like me sometimes and I went to bed crazy early last night so if you happened to notice your comment wasn’t immediately approved, that’s the reason. If you hadn’t noticed, pretend I never wrote this message. LOL

    • That’s what I keep telling everyone but they all just flip me off and are like, “We expect better.” People need to lower their expectations man. ๐Ÿ˜‰
